Data controller

Data collected

  • “Describe my needs” form: last name, first name, company, position, website, e-mail, phone (optional), canton, type of need, message

  • Call booking: name, e-mail, chosen topic, time slot

  • E-mail exchanges and documents provided in the course of a mandate

  • Technical browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited

Purposes

Responding to enquiries, organising appointments, preparing and performing mandates, invoicing, ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website. Data is neither sold nor used for targeted advertising.

HR data entrusted by clients

In the course of a mandate, I process data relating to the client’s employees on the client’s behalf and according to its instructions (processing on behalf within the meaning of art. 9 FADP). A confidentiality and data processing agreement is signed before any transfer. Documents are exchanged through a secure channel hosted in Switzerland, never via the website form, and are returned or deleted at the end of the mandate.

Service providers

Squarespace (website and form, United States and Ireland), Koalendar (call booking), Infomaniak (e-mail and storage, Switzerland), invoicing tool. Transfers outside Switzerland are made to countries recognised by the Federal Council or with appropriate safeguards (Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

Enquiries with no follow-up: 12 months. Mandate data: duration of the mandate, then return or deletion. Accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and data portability, on simple request to hello@hoh-consulting.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
